Peripheral nerve injury
I had a trauma to knee almost 6 months ago. My doctor said my peripheral nerve got injured but I will be alright. Got treated with painkiller, supplements and anti depressant. Did physiotherapy. My symptoms improved but still there is irritation, itchiness inside muscles and sometimes cold feeling under feet. My height : 5'7" weight :56 Kg, body shape : lean and medium , primary body type according to two online quizes is Kapha. No other illness at this moment, previously had IBS and Sinus issues. Currently I have financial problems so I can't spend much, can you please suggest me any tips or medicine for this condition? Thank you very much doctor.
