Hi This is Rashmi. I mean suffering from severe fissure pain since 3 months. Motions are also tight now I am taking Caffreine lactose. Doctors prescribed me sitcom tablets also. I have taken 14 antibiotics. Then skin massa was not healing. Thdn again doctor given me 800 mg tablets for 2 times a day. It was healing but due to one day tight motion again cut and swelling and pain is there what to do. I don't want to take more antibiotics now. Don't want to operate again. In 2014 already surgery had done for fissure. Plz suggest some Ayurvedic medicine to loose my motion and how to reduce swelling and pain. How to heal that cut.

I had a trauma to knee almost 6 months ago. My doctor said my peripheral nerve got injured but I will be alright. Got treated with painkiller, supplements and anti depressant. Did physiotherapy. My symptoms improved but still there is irritation, itchiness inside muscles and sometimes cold feeling under feet. My height : 5'7" weight :56 Kg, body shape : lean and medium , primary body type according to two online quizes is Kapha. No other illness at this moment, previously had IBS and Sinus issues. Anxiety disorder since last 3 yrs, GERD sinc december 2020 , and that treatment medication gave me severe side effects like galactorrhea, weight gain . I stopped that medication but after sometimes the discharge was stopped ,but my breast became very sensitive and painful , its been 15 days i am having breast pain treatment going on with so many medicines like , evion, pms fine and cibrelin to lower my prolactin and some pain killers for pain ,but their is no difference in pain ,i have severe pain in my breast with anxiwty and depression and my dr said anxiety is the cause of this pain ,and that's why any medication is not working bcoz i already had so much before i thought i can get something to ease my anxiety and pain in ayurveda widout any side effects. Please help me with this pain and anxiety ,its been long and i am fed up of all the treatments and medications.

I have been suffering from mouth ulcers after every few months for the past many years. I also suffer from chronic constipation. Though I can relieve myself everyday I have to go twice and I feel I cannot clear myself properly. I get relief from enema I do at home but sometimes it increases ulcers. I have also tried triphala isabgol b complex tablets homoeopathic medicine but all our temporary. I don't want any habit forming medicine
