Hello My age is 36 No any bp, diabetes or other health related issues From back one year I am facing digestive, gastric, acidity nd still problem I meet many gastronologist, went under colonoscopy, endoscopy, still culture and many blood tests , all reports r gud with out any problem in any one My problem is feel bloating, stomach cramps, bleaches and lot of gas release from down, I am using cyra d daily one tablet and vitazyme tablet daily one If I am missing cyra d I feel vomting sensation after breakfast, heavy stomach, cramps, bleaches nd if missing vitazyme stomach feel so much heavy, nd very bad smell at d time ofgas release nd in bleaches Mrng 1time I use wash room, it takes 20mnts but stomach not clean fully, motion is normal, not any thick or painful but takes so long time and in that also stomach not get clean fully, full day I feel like to use again wash room but no any movement while sit in wash room, Kindly suggest what to do
