Hi! Is there any technique in Ayurveda to prevent black fungus from entering inside our nasal passage? I saw one tip that putting few drops of almond oil might repel corona virus from entering inside. Is there any such technique to prevent black fungus getting inside through nose? Thanks

Breast pain since last 20 days , high prolactin, iwas on medication evion 200 and pms fine and dr gave me cibrelin 0.25 but nothing is working i still have pain in both breast ,my periods date is 26 , i already used so much medication please suggest me something in ayurved to relieve my breast pain .
