I have been suffering from mouth ulcers after every few months for the past many years. I also suffer from chronic constipation. Though I can relieve myself everyday I have to go twice and I feel I cannot clear myself properly. I get relief from enema I do at home but sometimes it increases ulcers. I have also tried triphala isabgol b complex tablets homoeopathic medicine but all our temporary. I don't want any habit forming medicine

My prikriti vata. I suit medicine vata pitta hara. Hot medicine not suit.I have taken badam with ashwagandha pak but not suit.Right now I am taking brahm rasayan relief but still debility whole day no energy. Any medicine for this. Pain and fissure is not healing so many medicine Ihave take. Continuously facing problems of constipation and lots of pain in fissure and motion is also tight. So plz tell me what to do

I suddenly got some mouth lesions after I had steam with vapocaps during cold.This was done about 4weeks ago but still it's not healing.I feel dryness in my mouth and the lesions are inside my mouth neared to the lips and cheeks. I currently live in Sweden. I used a mouth wash after online consultation with a nurse here.The dryness is reducing a bit but I couldn't find any improvement in it.
