Had irregular periods for past one year..recently started taking supplements ( zinc ,cod liver oil n vit b12 ) as prescribed because I have pcod and was also given rajarparvarthini.i took tablet for 8 days and I got my periods, after ovulation approximately 10-12 days periods occur that's what I heard. So ovulation was there or not? I'm 26 yrs old married 1 n half yrs back.i started with my exercise and I m changing my food habit.i m taking vit b12 and cod liver for past 28 days .zinc and rajarparvarthini (500 mg 2 tabs)for 8 days.how long should I follow this.i was also given kànchanara guggulu ,kumaryasa ,ashokarista ,nayaka gugullu .I have missed the slip so I couldn't take the rest.im worried about ovulation .

I have digestion related issue due to that i am face too much gas.arogyavardhini vati not help so I am taking live 52 ds. Which is best live 52ds or amlicure ds. For indigestion and anemia.

Hi I am facing loose stool problem from last 2 months . Tried allopathy treatment with norflox , zenitel , taxim and metrogyl but the moment medication gets stopped my stools start coming loose . I had gastric issues as well but now the same seems tk be under control. I had done all blood reports and stool report and all came normal. Loose stool comes around 2-3 times a day - formation is semi solid - not watery Please advise under ayurveda
