Is the mahatriphala ghrit & all ayurvedic treatment effective for recovering eye sight & it is having side effect or not ??

I m suffering from Somatic disorder ( a mental disease where i feel  i m sick n feel that i m suffering from a disease but in reality i m healthy)i also feel fear,disease phobia, anxiety, i m feeling dizziness n drowsiness from last 1 year. All my reports are mormal i took medicine for anxiety n depression for 1 year but not 100 cured . Now i stopped all madicines since last 3 months n started meditation,yoga etc ...

I am suffering from superventicular techycardia problem last 10 years.i had got a rfa surgery 2019.but after surgery problem is arises again.i used allopathic medicine till now.why this problem is not solve after surgery it is major problem.can u suggest which food eat and which food avoid and which ayurvedic treatment in my problem s properly solved .pls help

My drain of urine is very low , even though I feel to urinate . Especially at night , I feel to urinate but the amount of urine that is drained is very low . Pls do the needful Thankyou🙏

Hi, My son is 3 years old and still learning to talk fluently... But since yesterday night few words which he was saying properly like POLICE , now struggle to pronounce like Ppppolice , not all the words he speak that way , but sinc yesterday he started and we found that strange , and we do not know if he is purposely doing . Just wanted the view of some Ayuredic Doctors , if we have any solution for this?

Good morning, Could you please give suggestion to over come the below problem. I observed sound at my knee joint in the left leg while walking,  little bit pain also since last three days. I am 48yesrs old male 6feet hight 63 kg weight ,no other health issues following proper diet and      doing regular walking and exercises for one hour.

We are taking allopathic treatment for thyroid, hair fall and PCOD, there is no much results. Is there any good treatment in Ayurvedic with proven track record please suggest and how long it will take for results with Ayurvedic treatment?
