I am 27 years male since childhood severe dandruff problem and hair fall for which my hair has becoming very thin day after day. I used many allopathic shampoo and some ayurvedic also like Himalaya , Baidyanath anti dandruff shampoo . But no  improvement at all. Please tell a good ayurvedic Anti dandruff shampoo.

Is there any safe supplement in Ayurveda for bodybuilding like muscle growth and Joint strength. Also to improve digestion. I'm on hypothyroidism medicine and TsH under control. When I workout gets tired easily and get joints pain. I am doing workout to reduce High cholesterol and Ultrasound showed Fat infiltration in Liver and advised to loose body fat .

Plz suggest any home remedies or any ointment to remove black spot of any old wound which is placed on leg of bone side
