Hi I would like to know about any medication for the treatment of migraine.I have frequent headaches almost three times every month.Aggravating factors are light,sound,stress.It is also associated with feelings of nausea.I am currently on allopathy medication would like to try ayurveda.I heard Migrakot tablets and Nasya  of kottakal are effective .

I'm getting periods unusual type means before dates it starts little little . From two months I'm noticing the bleeding not proper

Male, weight 80 kg Last I had ring worm on body and scalp I used many Allopathy but didn't work,than with ayurvedic treatment I resqued from ring worm In that period I had straight my hair Before 2 year we shifted to a new town ,where bleached water supplies We had also genetical bald ness ,but It may not be for that genetical issue at a early age Now I want to stop hair loss,I also got bald by barbar some times,but hair fall does not stop

What is basic nature Giloy ( tinospora) , is it cool in nature or hot in nature? For building immunity me and my family drinking giloy kadha every alternate day on empty stomach ?

Hi Doc, I used to take Gokhsura 1 tab twice daily for men's wellness. I have recovered from Covid, I got discharged from hospital on 6th May. I want to take Ashwagandha & Giloy for immunity boost. Can I take 1 tab each from Himalaya Gokhsura, Ashwagandha & Guduchi (Giloy) together, 2 times after breakfast & evening snacks?
