M diagnosed with pcos
I have haead about panchkarma is effective for pcos.. But I have several queries as they are very costly, no idea about which center is good Also m not able to drink ghee and ayurvedic medicine, they cause vomiting.. Can anybody help me to. Share their information or experience of panchkarma

Hello Ma'am, don't worry,no need of Panchkarma, Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Mulethi at morning, Take Kanchanar guggul 2 tabs bid, Chaturbeej Churna 1 tsf before meals,All the best God help you
