For how long time I can take Himalaya evecare capsule for my pcos and if I don't take birth control pills still evecare will work or not?

Hello Ma'am, don't worry, Avoid Birth control pills, Take Chaturbeej Churna 1 tsf bid with water after meals,Do Suryanamaskar kapalbhanti Bhastrika Bhramari Udgeeth pranayam etc
