Rolled oats doesn't cause a spike of sugar until unless it is prepared in full fat milk with added sugar. For further you need a proper diagnosis and based on that medicine needs to be given.
If ur pcos is due to vata dosha(ayurvedic term) then seriously oats will be a bad choice and if it's due to kapha...then good choice...
So...what will suit u and what will not depends on reason behind ur pcos..
Again pcos insulin resistance is due to disturbance in digestive system...so what's good can be decided after proper case taking of you
Rolled oats does not specifically increase sugar. But if you are using milk to cook and is adding extra sugars it will. You can alternate between different millets and oats instead of taking any one regularly.
