Protein for PCOS Insulin resistance
Hello Doctor, I was taking Prohance protein powder a year back and it suited me well constipation was gone,I felt energetic but once I got to know I am going towards being insulin resistant I stopped taking it...at present I have lost weight by diet and yoga.. I want to build muscle also protein powder helps in digestion and gives energy..pls let me know which protein powder I can consume being PCOS INSULIN RESISTANT..pls recommend in *prohance protein powder which doesn't have sugar* and *which is suitable for PCOS INSULIN RESISTANCE* also pls advice on how we can prepare protein powder at home

Madam Don't take market based protein powder,it is costly as well as side effects.U can prepare  plant based and harm less, sugar less protein powder at home.
