Quantity of Baidyanath tripahala churna
What is the best quantity (as per spoon) of Baidyanath triphala churna, to get a clear stomach. It is written on the jar '6-12 grams'. So I am confused about the exact quantity. Would request ONLY Ayurveda professionals to enlighten me about the same. And kindly be specific to my question. Thank you.
