Low semen volume and quality post-epididymal cyst and E. coli infection may indicate Shukra dhatu kshaya (reduced reproductive tissue function). Long-term infection or inflammation can impair semen parameters, but it doesn't always affect fertility permanently.
Ayurveda offers effective therapies with Shukra-stambhaka and Rasayana herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Gokshura, Kapikacchu, and Chandraprabha Vati to rejuvenate reproductive health.
Please consult online for a detailed assessment and individualized plan to improve fertility naturally.
