Yup Ayurveda is a beautiful science....Epidermal cyst is nothing bit a secreation of fluid in epidermis of scrotum....
So its nothing but a secreation...So dont get panic its not harmful....but i understand ur concern if anything at that place will definitely increase our tension...but it will not happer any of ur fertilization function...Proper treatment require for these and some personal Q also for proper treatment...so consult me so we can work on it properly...
