Acidity , bloating and constipation
Can someone tell me any yoga exercise which will cure these symptoms I started taking warm water for few days which cured the constipation problem but whenever I take that I started feeling weak my appetite goes Off and I don't feel thirsty as well . Though I don't take cold water I take simple water . Please tell taking warm water is necessary . If I have these symptoms . When I take warm water I get motion easily but somehow I feel my metabolism gets disturbed.

1.Regular after food sit in vajrasan for 15 min... 2. Early morning exercise should include Surya namaskar 3. Mandukasan, parvatasan ,pavanmuktasan are some basic yoga for your issues. 4. 15 min kapalbhati Pranayam can provide you good result 5. If you are taking warm water add 3 to 4  tulsi leaves and coriander seeds while boiling. 6. Aloevera juice you can prefer.

U plan ur diet first. Eat plenty of cooked vegetables,fruits everyday. Avoid spicy oily foods,fastfoods, preserved foods,milk. Intake plenty of buttermilk,three to five tsf ghee.everyday.Bland diet is best. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night. Physical activities start with suryanamaskar,and then go for any other yoga exercises ,walking,playing sports,swimming ..... Papaya everyday is healthy. Any seasonal fruits as apples,sapota,banana,mosambi,oramge pomogranate are good. Dry dates,drygrapes,figs are also good. Mild spices as ginger,coriander,cinnamon,ajwain,methi,pepper,jeera in moderaye qty are good for digestion and relieve gastric symptoms.
