Hello,. Uttara basti along with a course of virechana definitely helps. You might need a few medications too. You can contact me here or in my clinic for the same.. Also I work in government ayurvedic medical College which is near majestic busstand. You can find me there also

Yes, uttar basti is helpful in blocked fallopian tubes. I have done uttar basti in bilateral tubal blockage and patients conceived after 2 cycles only. So you should go for it with proper ayurvedic medicines.
