Mahatriphala Ghrit & Abhrak Bhasm
1. Consuming 1 tea spoon of Mahatriphala Ghrit with 200 mlgm of Abhrak Bhasm with warm milk, 30 min before going to bed every night 2. Putting drops of Mahatriphala Ghrit in eyes every night. 3. Massaging feet and back of the ear (neck area) with Mahatriphala Ghrit every night. I want to ask, if I can follow the above mentioned measures along with healthy diet like carrot, black pepper etc to improve my eyesight and get rid of spectacles. I have power of 1.5 in my left eye and 1 in right eye. Also please suggest whether Shatputi Abhrak Bhasm should be consumed or Sahasraputi?
