Hlo cn we triphala ghrit into the eyes... Say me detailly how to put how much we should put etc etc etc etc etc.. .. I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm since 2014(redness,dryness,etc etc etc).... Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all...... Now presently I'm taking Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day..... ND my diet.. Mrng ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day on empty stomach wth warm milk and before bed I'm taking triphala ghrit.... ...bt redness remains same...Irritated with redness.. I'm taking triphala ghrit ...ND wth this cn i put triphala ghrit into eyes.. ???
