Hingpashtak Churan.
Hi my 4.8 yr son has constipation pblm snc 4 yr..when he was 9 mont old..he had instissception..now he had Urine residule pblm but has constipation more..can i give him Hingpashatak churan..if yes in wht amount and when i can give.

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry, Take lavanbhaskar Churna 1 tsf bid with Lukewarm water after meals,U can also give him with fresh buttermilk after lunch
