Can I consume amla juice empty stomach in the morning if I have acid reflux?? Or warm lemon water?? What is good for me plz suggest.

Hello sir, my husband is 29 years old.he is  suffering from kidney stone problem since three weeks. Two stones both in Right side kidney are in size 6mm, 7mm. He is following strict diet and remedies as of now and also used some medicenes. I am a student and since 3-4 years I have been sleeping in morning and studying at night due to which I am unable to wake up in morning now. No matter what, I try have already tried exercising, warm milk but cannot sleep at night. Have read about taking Medha vati Patanjali. Is it advisable to start ? Sir, Iam suffering from pressure and heaviness in head mainly while walking and standing on hard roads like cement roads iam getting severe pressure, pain and heaviness in head sir iam comfortable in walking, standing on soil roads sir.
