I took gotukola and memory is improving..I also have irritation.lack of concentration and stress problem..is this medicine enough or better medicine should be taken

I visited an ENT and he suggested that I have allergies and sinus infection. Because emy allergies keep recurring. I am currently on steroids medication. I really want to cure my problem through ayuverda. Mucus harderns in my nostril and blocks my nose. I have lost smell since 6 months. Smell only comes back when I take steroids. Mucus is hardening and cause headache and nose pain. Can ayuverda cure my issues completely. It is only my last hope as I do not want to take steroids. Please assist.
