Periods issue
I am 34 years old taking medicine for pre diabetes. I am getting periods on 27 days. On the first day I got only spot and 2 and 3rd day good flow is this normal ?

Yes it is normal. If clots or bleeding every 10 days etc happens then its not normal

Don't take pre diabetic medicine. Instead of taking medicine, do yoga, pranayam , 1 hr brisk walking daily. Menstrual flow is normal. don't bother regarding that.
