Low lactation
I have been facing issues with reduced lactation as I am a nursing mother. Dr had advised a tablet named Domstal, it helped but after the course was done for 5 days the milk again reduced substantially. Please advise something that helps in long run.

Please let me know how many months back was Ur delivery. Less lactation can be due to excess stress as well. So do breathing exercises as well. You have to include nutritious diet and adequate amount of fluids as well.Include green gram, shallots, garlic, sugar cane in diet. Avoid spicy, salty and sour food. Satavari powder with milk will help on improving lactation.
