Jaggery instead of sugar in tea
Hi, I have read and heard that jaggery should be avoided in milk is this true. Also do thyroid people should avoid jaggery. This jaggery quantity I will use is only 15gms. Using in tea instead of refined sugar. Thanks,

You can take Jaggery along with warm milk to treat colds and cough. Jaggery can be added as a sweetener to many sweet dishes instead of sugar to make them healthier and tastier.
