Hello, I have body heat issues and mild skin itching issues. My doc asked me to drink jaggery water in the morning empty stomach. Method is soacking small piece of jaggery overnight in one glass of normal water and in the morning drinking as it is after steering well without boiling the water. I want second opinion does it really work? If yes then how many should I consume? Can I take it in winter and rainy season also for long lasting benefit?
