After recovery from covid I suffering from chest tightness continue for 6 months. When temperatures changes my chest becomes tight and due to cold air. I went through many dr but till not recovered completely. I use foracort 200 as dr suggests. Is This medicine safe for body to using long time. I want to use aurvedic medicine instead alopathec as it is harmful for body pse suggests
