Fibroids in the uterus
I have few small fibroids in the uterus, sometime it cause pain,It would be helpful if some kind of treatment is available in ayurveda.so that further it may not enlarge in size and I may get some relief from pain.

Current health status just share all are due to kaf-vataj vitiation and restricted energy flow,
So till you consult Ayurveda Dr (bye the way thanks for Trust shown with Holistic Ayurved)
1) warm buttermilk with (black pepper)food instead of water
2) dry food(pop rice /pop corn /jwar or rosted grams) 5days prior to date of menses
3) Application of couple of drops Till oil on palm feet naval area before bed.

Ayurveda has good results in treating fibroid.Kachnar n vridhivatika vati work well in reducing size. Want to know wgat all pronlems you are facing due to fibroid ...symptomatic treatment will be done accordingly.

Hello Ma'am, don't worry, Your problems r treatable through Ayurveda,Do Suryanamaskar kapalbhanti, Anulom-Vilom, Bhastrika Bhramari Udgeeth pranayam etc, Take Kanchanar guggul 2 tabs bid after meals, Arogya Vardhini Vati 1 tab bid for 2 months, Avoid sour curd Kadi spicy food cold drinks sugar etc, Take walnuts pistachio almonds Draksha anjeer Sprouted seeds, coconut water pomegranate juice etc
