I have been continuously working out and doing diet
Some inches have been lost so far, but no reduction in weight by kgs.
Like when I started in December I was 80kg and now I am 79.6 kg.
After trying so much I am demotivated now as not able.to see the results
Kindly help and advice whether ayurvedic treatments will help.
I am seeking for the reviews of udvartanam or similar treatments.for weight loss, will it be helpful.
If yes then what could be the total cost of treatment.

Ok ok u eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram rawsoaked.in every meals.
Substitute millets for rice,wheat.
Drink enough water.
Avoid spicy oily,foods,bakery foods,fastfoods,preserved foods.
Sleep atleast for six hrs at night leisurely.
Physical activities,sports,yoga,walking for two hrs a day will keep u fit.
Almonds,walnuts,figs,jaggery,gingely,gingely oil for cooking,horsegram,drumstick ,flaxseed, papayaa are good for health.
Eat s banana medium sized at night just before sleeping.
