Gas and indigestion
From last 2-3 days, i used to feel heavy in stomach and constipated.. so i started using triphala powder at night. Now i feel empty stomach in the morning but I get loose stool.. is it normal or should I get checked for any other problem???

Hello..u may docontinue taking triphala..and eat green leafy vegetables..avoid spicy food.

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry,now stop Triphala, take isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm milk or water,

It is ok now leave it .may be gas/ flatulence. Eat more vegetables ,fruits,greengram raw soaked .  everyday. Drink enough water. Walk,exercise,yoga,everyday for one hour. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast . Milk,milkproducts are healthy.
