Rashes in groin area and underarms
I had rashes in underarms not exact underarms little bit lower and in groin area it itches and becomes red intially later it changes to brown color it happens at exact jawline in face wats the reason wat is it called

Hello Ma'am,Your problems r due to Pitta vikar,it is allergic,wear cotton only, don't wear artificial jewellery, Wash with Neem boiled and cooled (Lukewarm) Water, take Madhur Tikta Kashaya ras dominant simple food coconut water pomegranate juice, walnuts pistachio almonds Draksha anjeer Sprouted seeds Cow's milk and it's products honey etc, Avoid Red chilli,sour curd Kadi spicy food cold drinks eggs nonveg etc, don't touch them  frequently, apply fresh alovera,Maha marichadi oil
