Hi, I am 35 years old man, my weight is 83 kg and my height is 5.6 ft. My problem is my weight, as per my height my wait should be 70 kg approx. Someone suggested me to eat Patanjali Divya Medohar Vati. I just wanted to know is it safe to eat as me and my wife trying for a baby. Secondly, how to take this medicine, I mean what time is preferable to take this medicine and how many I have to take. Please doctors let me know.

Hello Doctor, Me 50 years, female. Height 150cm, weight 61kgs. My TSH, FSH, Blood Sugar, HB all are at normal range. My periods are regular. Except this month, stopped.
