I want to know if I can do kapalbhati and anulom vilom 15mins after drinking a glass of warm water. I am unable to be ready for work in time if I try to incorporate both the above practices in my morning routine. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello doctor. I got my d and c done on january 28th due to missed miscarriage . I got my first period on march 9th and the flow was normal. Second period on april 4th flow was very light . Now I am on third period the flow was light. I have gained weight from 63kg to 67kg. Is weight causing light bleeding ? I am taking shatavari and triphala everyday from one month.
