Experiencing pain in neck and lower portion of head.Eating pain killers but its not helping much.Does auyurveda has permanent cure for this?

My mother 62yrs has heavy allergic and rashes in foot and hands.. she has itching in these area.. every summer she is getting this allergy. Nearby ayurvedic doctor suggested truvrut leham for cleaning her digestive system.. she is really afraid if she losses her strength and become weak if too much diarrhea. She has BP and no diabetic.pls suggest whether she can take this treatment.

Cardiologist prescribed CIPLAR la 20 for high heart beat. bp is normal.iam using 1 year.when I start take this tablet burning sensation on feet, hands.from 6 months I hav itchy, burning eyes.so many eye drops taken not controls.now nose both  sides,upper lip lower lip I hav saboriasis.it not cures all ointments are applied.dermatologist finally told it's a side effect of betablockers.please advice me can ayurveda cure these side effects of beta blockers what treatment is given for this.
