Is there is any treatment for tinnitus and sound sensitive through loud voice.. I m having it from last one week..

I generally have regular periods max 3-4 days late. But this month they are late by 2 weeks. Please suggest an ayurvedic medication to keep my periods on time. I don't have thyroid or another issue and I am not overweight. Please suggest how to induce my periods now.
