I am suffering from severe depression. Consulted an Ayurvedic doctor and taking these medicines Patanjali Divya medhavati (two tabs twice daily), Ashwagandha (one tab twice daily), Brahmivati (one tab twice daily), Saraswatarishta (4 spoons with equal water twice daily), zonecalm (one tab before sleep), Divya badam Rogan (4 drops in each nostril twice daily). I have been taking  these medicines for past one and half week.  They do seem to work and giving me some relief,  but my question is, will this cause overdose and will there be any side effects in short term or longterm?

What is the line of treatment for sinus headaches and pain in eyes caused by Sinus it is happening very frequently .

My dietician advised me to use triphala powder at night . Can we have it in summers ? Please help regarding this
