Hello, I have chronic tonsillitis and face recurrent white tonsil stones inside tonsil crypts. I remove them through earbuds. But, recently i removed some greenish liquified debris within right side tonsil crypt through buds. When i searched in internet, i saw it's due to adenoid and bacterial infection. I had seen this green thing a month before once. I have nasal allergy when i catch cold or due to some irritants, i get sneezing. During sleep, i feel that blockage of one side when i turned to that side. Please advice me suitable treatment for this. I was advised multani kuka tablets and septilin by a doctor in free question before but i found septilin easily and got kuka tablets later as it was not available in our area. Hai sir / madam, My husband age is 31. He is diagnosed two stones in the right kidney, 8mm, 6mm in 2020. Along with the medicenes tried so many remedies and churnas  which are not work just manageble. Recently he danced in an occasion. He severely got pain in his back. Doctor told us one stone is in the lower calyx other is in renal pelvis both are 8mm so one stone is not possible to pull out through ureteroscopy. So he suggested pcnl. He undewent pcnl successfully and two stones were removed. Now my doubt is my husband is angiogram. Patient in 2016.now he went through this. I need some perfect diet now for healthy heart and kidney stones which i need is to never form again.

In continuity of my previous question, in the past 10 years my waist length has gone up from 28" to 40". With all my prognosis and history of treatments I'm undergoing that's been displayed in my profile, please advise a plan to get out of this urgent situation.

I'm 41 years of age. I lead a sedentary lifestyle, both at work, and at home.  My mid portion of body is fat. Will cycling for 13 km everyday to office and back home for the same distance by an ordinary gearless cycle help? 

Is there a permanent solution for Meralgia paresthetica in Ayurveda. Earlier doctor prescribed me rasrajras and viscovas for 3 weeks and pain got reduced and now again it is back after 2 months. Could some one help.
