What is the purpose of sarivadi vati ??? Is it really helpful to treat hearing loss ?? Will it treat sensorineural hearing loss ?? And what are others benefits of sarivadi vati ???

I am 27 years old male . My stool is soft but still it doesn't come out easily , I have to strain and at it doesn't not come one time. After evacuation in early morning again 2 -3 hours feel urge for passing stool. So , if I use Dabur Trifgol powder 1 tablespoon at night everyday for lifelong . Then it has any side effect ???

My father aged 60 years old CABG operated patient suffering from diabetes under insulin. He is having ureter stone frequently and recently operated. Last month, his creatinine was at 1.8 and after a month, it is at 2.53. He is taking Erythropoietin injection twice a month, and futher take Ketocheck tablet twice a day. What precautions needs to be undertaken to reduce his creatinine levels and increase his Hemoglobin range? Whether I need to change the tablet? Pls help me. I had a wound at the bottom of foot on 40 days before while taking a bath in a river. I had 5 stiches and stiches were removed after 10 days.I have used antibiotics and iodine ointment for around 15 days with the advice of doctor and it is healed completely but still I have pain while walking and if I touch at the spot of the wound.
