Sir, My 4 year old boy got hand food mouth disease... what's is to be done for remedy? Blisters started at elbows and foot

Hello Doctor I am having symptoms of Trigeminal Neuralgia for few days. I have shown myself to Neurologist and they have put me on medicine and advised Blood tests and Brain MRi. However , whatever i have understand about this disease that there is no permanent cure of it in Allopathy and surgery is also not a easy option.
