Hi i am suffering from spondiloarthiritis last week i did panchakarna treatment for 7 day and i am taking tablet bosserra mr 1-0-1 ,chitrakasara 3tp-3tp-3tp and MNJ 1-1-1 i have below query 1. Still i dint see any improvement in pain any reason how many days it will take to reduce pain 2. Some time i am having too much of pain during that time can i take allopathy pain killer with ayurvedic medication in 2 hr gap 3.After taking these medication i am having stomach pain pls pls pls pls pls answer

From last four- five days days i am suffering from fat malabsorption. My symptoms are sticky & greasy stools and gas. My bowel movement is happening on alternative days from five- four days , before it was regular. As it is early stage, what are the home remedies will work on it? Have pain and stiffness in upper back and neck Sometimes this pain comes to arms,biceps triceps and wrist.This has been from 3-4 month.working on system or driving bike or car feels the pain in back.muscles tremble sometimes. I am suffering from severe depression. Consulted an Ayurvedic doctor and taking these medicines Patanjali Divya medhavati (two tabs twice daily), Ashwagandha (one tab twice daily), Brahmivati (one tab twice daily), Saraswatarishta (4 spoons with equal water twice daily), zonecalm (one tab before sleep), Divya badam Rogan (4 drops in each nostril twice daily). I have been taking  these medicines for past one and half week.  They do seem to work and giving me some relief,  but my question is, will this cause overdose and will there be any side effects in short term or longterm?

What is the line of treatment for sinus headaches and pain in eyes caused by Sinus it is happening very frequently .
