Dr after 3 months of delivery I faced that breast is paining it has becomes reddish now milk is coming yellow in colour paining a lot very painful went to doctor the doctor said that they will do surgery and take the puss (yellow milk )out and gave painkillers I don't need surgery is their natural treatment.
