I am taking telma 40 and inderal 10 for hypertension. Recently I went to a ayurvedic doctor for my anxiety he prescribed me tab nidrayani which contains sarpagandha 100mg and some other ingredients twice day. And HT Kot twice a day. My bp is coming 100/60 and pulse is 60 to 65. I want to know if these medicines are right for my anxiety or are these lowering my blood pressure even more. Kindly help with guidance indicating if these are right medicines for my anxiety issue which I experience when I am not at home and have to go out I start getting scared and nervous. Kindly advise. Hello vaidyas, Ayurvedic doctor has prescribed me to take Kamdudha Ras tab and Amlapitt misharan for acidity, should I take both after food?

I want to know General diet guidelines while taking Ayurvedic medicines. I heard tamarind is not allowed. I want to know if all the sour foods (vitamin c) (like lemon, amla, orange etc) should be avoided as well? Are there any other foods to be avoided while taking the medicines?

Hello I am sleep towards stomach,so I feel acidity in night but in days time I feel gastric and it normal but after eating sauce and so spicy food I feel so much pain in stomach and feel relax only after emptying bowel and this problem not hurt me daily and I feel hungry on time,but I will ignore to eat due to this problem,it cause suddenly pain in stomach

So due to sun my natural colour of the skin is becoming darker... Is there any tablet or syrup which reduces melanin in our body...and gives better and glowing skin ? Any leads will be highly appreciated

Hi, My mom has been diagnosed with liver disease(Cirrhosis) and she has been taking under allopathy medicine since 4 years. Now she is in Decompensated phase. Doctor said liver transplantation is the only cure. We are planning to get her treated in Ayurvedic. Is there cure available in Ayurveda and if we want to start treatment in Ayurveda is it fine to stop allopathy medicine from the very first day of treatment? Kindly advise
