How to eat pure guggulu
Hi, I have been advised to eat guggulu which i have bought. Please advise on how to use it (see photo). It has some little sticks also. Can i powder and drink with water? And what time should I have it Thank you

direct consumption of guggul not advised , Guggulu is plant exudate, many a times associated with some external impurities. Hence, purification of crude Guggulu becomes necessary before its internal use. Shodhana (purification) is a process by which one can make material effective, nontoxic, suitable and fit for therapeutic purposes.and its also important to riule out if guggul is really required for your condition or not

Do not take this.. Proper quantity of each dose needed... Who told u to take it like that??

Actually why do you want to take guggul, it's has to purified properly and taken, and not advised to take guggul  as and when wished, there is a method of taking,
