You can't say only kafa dosha..There are different type of prameha ..Diabetes is when prameha results in madhumeha..We can reverse prameha with medicine and lifestyle changes ..chandraprabha vati we can give according to prakruti ..Diabetes pts also have obese and slim both ..So can't say diabetes is only due to kafa dosha
