You need a better diet plan with medications
Noo...it can be easily managed without medicine if it's not chronic...or some ayurvedic herbs are enough..
It would be best if you stop using allopathic medicine slowly slowly otherwise these medicine will make you fully dependent on them.

Diabetes is metabolic concern it's to be addressed with multiple dimensions like Diet exercises and medicines and meditation as well at ur age u can plan reversal for greater level of health and fitness
You have option to get complete cure from type2 DM. And can live without regular medicine intake. For this you can do is to follow proper diet and medication (few month) .
If you are a first time detected diabetic, u need to take proper Ayurvedic medicines along with diet control and exercise. Stress management is also important as high stress will elevate sugar levels. Chandraprabha u can continue. Plz share FBS and PPBS values to help further.
