My mother is 60 yrs old and she is suffering from sciatica ,due to this she has pain in her lower back and right leg ...Also tingling in her both legs below knee.. She is taking allopathic medicine but not much relief... Pls suggest me some best Ayurvedic or home remedies which can be taken  along with  allopathic medicine that can help my mother come out of this pain .

Good morning sir. I have ED, hence I started to take Shilajeet in liquid form but when I take this at night with milk, the next morning there is burning sensation when I pass stool. If I stop taking then I am fine. Is this a common side effect of Shilajeet?? I am 29 years old. Perfectly healthy. Request you to please help me with this issue, should I continue or not?
