I use ayurvedic medicine to stop heavy period flow but it is not working for me and my flow is same I use ayurvedic medicine from last 10 days

I have a past history of GERD, Fatty Liver & Crohns. I want to heal it naturally. Can I take Bhumiamlyaki Churna daily in the morning & evening on empty stomach.

My father , 76 years age is facing gas problems since a long time. Height is 6 ft and weight around 90 kilos , not fat. Few years back we did all the necessary test , including colonoscopy , all the were test were normal. He says that their is no pain but discomfort due to gas. In the evening post 8pm he starts burping. His motion gets cleared in 3/4 times in a day. He takes blood pressure , prostate gland ( was recently diagnosed with enlarged prostate gland , Grade 2 size , 40 GM ). Had by pass heart surgery around 16 years ago, for that he takes a blood thinner. Kindly suggest a good Ayurvedic medicine for him.

What should we avoid while taking cough syrup i mean any specific food or drink please let me know i want take herbal cough syrup.
