Can I eat Harad for piles, I have 3 months baby, will it affect my milk supply? And does injection treatment of piles is effective? And what will be price from high to low for injection treatment..pls pls let me know urgent

I am 18 years old since 2 years some months I get my periods once in two months I thought it might be pcod but whenever I started excersising that time my periods are on time and when I don't excersise again it would come once in 2 months so Its just excersise dependent now I don't understand
