Does ashwagandha good for heart also ? As it relieves stress and anxiety. In anxiety some strain in chest also occurs.

I am on homeopathy medication however I do have headaches frequently and feel gassy. Bloating , stomach ache

I am taking medha vati 4-4-4 in a day .I am fealing very sleapy . But very less  relief of anxiety is there . Should I continue with dose or make it 2-2 in the morning and evening

I was taking Himalaya Arjuna tablet for stamina and good heart health because I have anxiety problem. It has helped me a lot. My blood pressure and heart rate has reduced than before and is in good range. I also do running regularly. My question is how long do the effects of Arjuna stay. I stopped taking it after 3 months. Will my bp and heart rate return to the same values as before?

I have 2 piles and one fissure since 2 years...so i have tretment for that named ksharsutra by ayurved doctor.I had got recovered with that but after one month i am again feeling pain after constipation but no bleeding is there...so is it possible that again i got fissure or piles..should i immediately go to the doctor..

It is written in label that it has spicy ingredients and don't take it on empty stomach. So I'm wondering can I take it if i have Gastritis? Can it cause further damage ?

My mother is having CKD, and she is on hemodialysis thrice in a week. She is becoming week day by day due to the process of dialysis. Please guide us for any alternative treatment available in ayurveda/homoeopathy or in any other field. she also have hypertension issues since long.
