2years back I have severe digestion problem arose. So I used esosam, esosam rd, cintapro censpram, Milk of magnesia for 20 days. Later the symptoms of head dizziness, irritation, headache,  not able to do daily activities, not interested in household activities and feeling like I won't able to do anything even it is small thing. I am using patanjali Divya medha vati morning after breakfast 1 tablet and after dinner 2 tablets. Is patanjali divya medha vati helpful for me since I am using from one week, I don't see any change in my symptoms or can I use saraswatharistham. If I use saraswatharistham how much quantity can I use or can I use any other herbal remedy. Please suggest me on this where it is disturbing my married life, my relationship with my in-laws. I also have thyroid and PCOD.

Hello I can understand your situation. But don't worry. You need to calm down first Start doing meditation, Pranayam for 15 min every morning. Your bowels should be clear daily. Eat satvik food.

Go for shirodhara therapy ..it will be best for your condition ,10 days regular will relive 80% of your symptoms , 2-3 months of medicines will be required.
