I offen get non productive cough during winter season . What home remedies should I follow . Is there any preventive Ayurveda medicine?

Hello doctor .. my self Harikrishna..working as lecturer in college...recently I gone through health check up because feeling week after went to Home from work..and lost weight also..In report found that Vitamin D deficiency and Thyroid stimulation hormone TSH value 19.36 mue IU/ml...iam really worring about it .in my family no one has thyroid problems..please suggest me what to do now

Hi I have gone D and C procedure 8 days before due to missed abortion . I had bleeding from day 1 after D and C which became light on 5th day, On 6th day doctor stopped my antibiotics and other medicine after that I have clots and bleeding I am taking turmeric tea, ginger and Laung as its winter season . Is it fine to take these as I feel after taking turmeric tea my bleeding increases and pain too increases.

I have went through a surgery to treat my pilonidal sinus that i had for like 3 years but after 2 years of surgery it's coming back and i don't want to live with this.
