Hello, 2 years back, I started to get burps, the frequency of burps was too much 15 20 burps in 1 2 minutes, got endoscopy for it, H Pylori was +ve, took HP kit for it, which caused many side effects like yellow marks on body, after that I consulted Ayurvedic doctor they gave me nelsar and then did virechana, still it did not help. Then a lot of changes in diet, reduce in stress symptoms started to alleviate but never gone, 1 doctor recommended to have Sarswataristha and ashwgandharist saying that I am under stress, which helped but it was not 100%, now its been 2 years my problem is not totally gone, 1 way or another it appears, what should I do? In last 2 years I have lost 10 kgs weight and not able to recover that, if i start to eat more I again get those burp issues. FYI I don't consume coffee, tea is very rare though, I finish my dinner by 7/7.30, I think I have decent lifestyle. Please guide whom should I consult or what life style changes I should make.?

Hi sir/madam I have taken continues 3.5 month July to October 2020 But withdraw symptoms show like feeling discomfort, lethargy, ghabaraahat, overthinking. Any ayurvedic medicine in place of clonazepam. Plz save my life..

I am suffering from severe varicose veins problems and I have heard about the leech therapy regarding the varicose veins. Is leech therapy the permanent solution for varicose veins? Will leech therapy will help curing varicose veins completely or it only cures the pain. Will varicose veins disappears by leech therapy?

Hi, my son is having muscular dystrophy, he is 7+ years old now, he is facing problem while stand up, staircase walking, Running. But in allopathic medicine there is no treatment it's under research ( steroids only they recommend). But side effects will be there, but iam looking for Ayurveda or homeopathic treatment is there chance to cure fully. Please advise.

Does ashwagandha good for heart also ? As it relieves stress and anxiety. In anxiety some strain in chest also occurs.

I am taking medha vati 4-4-4 in a day .I am fealing very sleapy . But very less  relief of anxiety is there . Should I continue with dose or make it 2-2 in the morning and evening
