My wife face is full of skin blemishes. These are small black spot which has covered many parts of the face. Pls help in this regard.

I had missed miscarriage. Due to that I had d and c done 1 week ago. Previously I have the habit of taking triphala daily. After d and c , is it safe to take triphala daily as before ?

Good morning sir. I have ED, hence I started to take Shilajeet in liquid form but when I take this at night with milk, the next morning there is burning sensation when I pass stool. If I stop taking then I am fine. Is this a common side effect of Shilajeet?? I am 29 years old. Perfectly healthy. Request you to please help me with this issue, should I continue or not? I have no other health issue. Thanks is advance sir/ma'am.
