I am taking homeopathic medicine (sbl tranquil) for anxiety and panic attacks. However, recently i understood that ashwagandha tablets is also used in anxiety and panic attacks. So , I want to ask whether I can take both the medicines at same time?? Will there be any side effects ??? Does ashwagandha also works on relieving anxiety symptoms like chest pain and palpitations??? Pls recommend best ashwagandha tablets also???

I am MDR TB patient since last month. Can MDR TB be successfully cured with ayurveda as I can't take allopathy anymore.

I want to use eye drop for regular use to prevent strain, stress, and future problems. I sit regularly on laptop. No big problem. Just regular strains in eye. Looking for ayurvedic drops that can prevent eye problems and yes future diseases as well makes eye power normal. I use -1.75 power specs.

I taking Allopathic medicine for BPH ie one tab of dutasteride 0.5 mg+tamsulosin 0.4 mg in a day from last five years as long as I take it no problem for urination.Now I want to go with Ayurvedic medicine.please advise the Ayurvedic medicine

If I take an ayurvedic tablet of medium size and suck then after some time it dissolves in mouth then its work effectiveness will be reduced than if I swallow the tablet with water ???
