I just wanted to know that is patanjali acidogrit antacid? As the medicine which I am taking is strictly not be taken with antacid plz tell me is patanjali acidogrit antacid

Good morning sir. I have ED, hence I started to take Shilajeet in liquid form but when I take this at night with milk, the next morning there is burning sensation when I pass stool. If I stop taking then I am fine. Is this a common side effect of Shilajeet?? I am 29 years old. Perfectly healthy. Request you to please help me with this issue, should I continue or not? Sir /mam I visited an ayurvedic piles doctor, he said i have hypertrophied papillae in ano , so he gave me medicine and suggested to go for kshar karma to remove it but i don't wanna go for it so can u please tell me if it can heal by itself with medicines without going for ksharsutra or laser or any such procedure 🙏

I'm 21 year old. I have irregular period since 2020 bcoz of testosterone injection I have treatment of allopathy but no result. I have done 6 months ayurveda treatment now my cycle is more than 40 days. Bcoz of high proclatine I had breast pain but now prolatin level is normal. I have constipation anus pain also. Some time white discharge and dry skin. I don't have PCod bcoz my sonography report is normal. Pls suggest me ayurvedic treatment Pls help me to treat my self🙏.
