Hi Nasal blockage since covid recovery last 6 months. Nasal turbnates issues. Never faced similar issues of difficult breathing especially nights. Kindly suggest any ayurvedic treatment and exercise

I went to doctor for panchkarma details..i have constipation and sinus issue so I thought he will suggest me to basti..he said i need to do vamana and virechana..will it solve my problem permanently ?he is saying i am facing constipation because of sinus so if sinus is solved constipation will be cured..please suggest the best therapy.
