Hi , I'm having Sri Sri Ashwagandhadi tablet for cervical pain and inner physical strength and stability.I have finished one course of 60 tablet and planning to have another hope this will not have side effects.can you mention any other Sri Sri tablets for physical strength and cervical spondylitis.

Can we make any dish from brahmi and how often can we eat it ???????????????????

Is sat isabgol habit forming? Can I take it everyday? I have constipation issues. I do drink a lot if water and walk after every meal. Eat home cooked mostly Does it have any side effects?

Feeling chest pain in middle, left side and light left hand pain by ecg (normal) and blood test (cholesterol and vitamin d deficiency) ,,,using ayurvedic tablets dasamoola jera Karishtam, hinguvachadi tab,acidact,vyoshadi guggulu rasonadi kashyam,cardocalm...but pain is not reduced please suggest me what will be the problem and what to do ,is it might be lungs problem but their is no breathing deficiency please please suggest me...and suggest the tests if needed
